888 Gabon Ebony - Individual knife

Lucky number in Asia, the 888 is the reference tool for meat lovers. The only difference with the 9.47 is its lengh and the slender shape of its blade.

Gabon Ebony (Diospyros crassiflora) is a precious wood in the Ebenaceae family. It is the blackest variety of ebony (although it can sometimes be slightly veined with white). This very heavy wood has a very fine grain and a perfect, smooth polish that can be either matt or glossy.
