- Once your order has been finalized on our website, you will receive by email within 48 hours a shipping bill allowing you to return your knife(s) to us for servicing
- This bill is valid for 30 days. After this period, you will no longer be able to return your knife(s) to us.
- The amount paid includes the shipping bill, the maintenance of the knife(s), the reshipment of your package.

Delivery time
- From the receipt of your order confirmation, the delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks. This delay takes into account the fact that each knife is unique and is made by the expert hands of one of our artisan cutlers.
